Clint Didier to appear in Everett on Saturday, July 24th

Clint Didier, a Republican who is running for the U.S. Senate, will appear at a townhall style fundraiser in Everett on Saturday, July 24th.

The event will be held at the Henry M. Jackson Park, 1700 State Street in Everett from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Didier is expected to speak for approximately 20 minutes and then take questions in a townhall style format for 30 to 40 minutes.

Master of Ceremonies for the event will be radio personality, Mike Siegel. In addition, three state legislative candidates will be speaking. Clint Didier is running for the seat currently held by Patty Murray.

The Washington State native is a former NFL football player. He appeared in three Super Bowls while playing for the Washington Redskins. Currently, he is a farmer in Eastern Washington. He is married and has four grown children and one grandchild.

His campaign is endorsed by Sarah Palin and former Attorney General Ken Eikenberry. There is no charge to attend the event but donations are encouraged.

A raffle will be held for an autographed footballs and other surprises.
