The City of Snohomish, in collaboration with Seattle writer, poet and author Kate Lebo, special guest Imelda Dulcich of Imelda Dulcich PR & Social Media, Tammy Cannon of Cannon Social Media and host, Sublime Garden Design, offers a unique writing workshop for food, travel and lifestyle bloggers/authors.

The 4-hour workshop, “The Art of Backyard Storytelling” is designed for bloggers and authors who want to refine writing skills, learn how to engage on social media, and use photography tips to create unique images. Check-in at Sublime Garden Design at 127 Avenue A, #102 Snohomish, WA 98290 at 9:45AM. Event is from 10AM-2PM on Saturday, October 4, 2014.

Participants will have an opportunity to explore Historic Downtown Snohomish on foot, and use elements of the city to develop a unique story about their experiences. The city will feature stories on its social media platforms.

Tickets are $65 and include hands-on writing workshop, social media and photography tips, an Instagram walk through the city with live Instagram wall of the day’s photos, and dessert. Lunch is not provided.
