Initial concepts on the future of the Pilchuck District were unveiled to the Planning Commission and about thirty interested parties on Wednesday, March 3.

Planning and Development Services staff presented ideas intended to focus the community conversation on a vision for the study area.

Primary topics included framework goals and height and scale "urban form" concepts.

A lively dialogue among the Commissioners and members of the public provided constructive feedback for the process.

Your next formal opportunity to be part of the planning process will occur at the City Council meeting on April 6. Any and all with an interest in this part of our community are encouraged to attend, listen, and share your thoughts.
