TOP PRO BMX RIDERS COMPETING

Several of the Top Pro BMX riders are competing in the McCollum Parks SCR/PRO-AM Race, on Saturday, August 24, 2013, at McCollum Park BMX, 600 128th Street SE, Everett, WA. SNOCO BMX is hosting the PRO-AM race along with a Washington State Qualifier Race for Amateurs. Sign Ups are from 3-4PM with the Pro-Am race starting at 4:45 pm.

Several top Pro BMX riders in the world are competing in the event along with several of the top amateurs. Some of the key riders and their accomplishments are the following.

Donny Robinson – TEAM USA 2008 Beijing Bronze MedalistConner Fields – TEAM USA 2012 London GamesNic Long Team USA 2012 London GamesSam Willoughby – 2012 World Champion, Team Australia 2012 London GamesMar Willers- Team New Zealand Silver Medalist 2012 London GamesCristian Becerine – 2012 Vet Pro Champion Team Columbia

Two of the BMX riders who will be competing reside in the Puget Sound Region.

Josh Klatman resides in Port Orchard and is the current Single A Pro Points Leader.Lain Van Ogle resides in Auburn and is Six-time National Champion for Age Group.

“McCollum Parks SCR/ Pro-Am will be one of the largest events ever in the Pacific North West. If you currently race or have ever raced BMX this is an event you will not want to miss!” said Pete Kirk, SNOCO BMX President. “There is no charge for spectators.”

The Washington State Qualifier Race for Amateurs is open to all USA BMX riders. Entry fee is $20 with signups on Saturday, August 24th at McCollum Park BMX.
