Our thoughts are with the individuals and families who have been impacted by the Snohomish County mudslide. We know that it’s often in the days and weeks following such devastating events that the financial effects begin to be felt. We’re here to help in any way we can.

Bank of America customers that have been affected by the mudslide, can contact us at 1-800-432-1000. Our representatives will work with customers on a case-by-case basis to provide individual assistance. Online Banking and our Mobile Banking app are also available as safe, convenient ways to check account status, pay bills and deposit checks.

We’re committed to helping our customers and the surrounding community. The Bank of America Charitable Foundation is providing $50,000 for short and long-term disaster relief, including a $25,000 donation to the American Red Cross, a $10,000 to the Arlington Community Food Bank to provide support for victims of the mudslide, and $15,000 is allocated for addressing longer-term needs. Anyone wishing to make a contribution to the Arlington Community Food Bank can do so at any Bank of America banking center using the account name “Arlington Community Food Bank Oso Mudslide Disaster Fund.”
