New Facilities in Washington

EmpRes Healthcare, a 100% employee owned company, announced today that it has leased five Skilled Nursing Centers and an Assisted Living/Retirement Center from Aviv Reit, Inc. which simultaneously purchased these properties from the principals of Evergreen Living Centers, Inc. The facilities are located in Bellingham, Snohomish, and Spokane, Washington as well as in Lewiston, Idaho. EmpRes Healthcare affiliated companies currently operate twelve Skilled Nursing and Post-acute Care centers in the State of Washington and one center in Idaho. EmpRes affiliates also recently acquired three Home Health Agencies and now operate as Eden Home Health in Bellingham, Washington, Idaho Falls, Idaho and Reno/Carson City, Nevada.

Dale Patterson, Chief Executive Officer for EmpRes Healthcare, said “These acquisitions align with our goals to provide additional services to more people in the states we currently serve and brings added synergies to several market areas within our existing portfolio. It permits us to better serve people by offering an integrated delivery system within the post-acute continuum. All of the employees now join the EmpRes Healthcare team so current patients and family members will continue to receive the care they need without disruption.
