Level III Sex Offender Notification

In 1987, Christopher RUDOLPH was convicted of 1st Degree Burglary. According to official documents, RUDOLPH broke into the home of a 16 year old known female and sexually assaulted her.

In 1991 RUDOLPH was convicted of Indecent Liberties and Attempted Rape 1st Degree for two separate incidents. According to official documents, in the first incident, RUDOLPH assaulted an unknown 14 year old female who was walking home from school.

In the second incident RUDOLPH sexually assaulted an unknown 15 year old female. RUDOLPH was admitted to the Special Commitment Center (SCC) in 2000 and civilly committed as a Sexually Violent Predator. Rudolph was also accused of sexual harassment while at the Special Commitment Center in 2007.

Rudolph was released from the Special Commitment Center on December 4th, 2013.

Due to his sexual criminal history RUDOLPH has been classified a Level 3 sex offender. RUDOLPH will be supervised by WA DOC Lynnwood Field Office, 425-771-6464.

Sex offenders have always lived in our communities; but it was not until passage of the community protection act of 1990 (which mandates sex offender registration) that law enforcement even knew where they were living. In many cases, law enforcement is not able to share that information with you.

Citizen abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate or harass registered sex offenders will not be tolerated. Further, such abuse could potentially end law enforcement's ability to do community notifications.

We believe the only person who wins if community notification ends is the sex offender, since sex offenders drive their power through secrecy.
