Scholarships Awarded to Snohomish School District Students

2015 Snohomish School District graduating seniors are awarded $152,863 in scholarships administered by the Snohomish Education Foundation! This amount is comprised of 175 individual awards provided to exceptional students. These scholarships were funded by a combination of local businesses, community organizations, community members and the Snohomish Education Foundation. The Snohomish Education Foundation sincerely thanks the Community for its ongoing support of and commitment to student success.

Carol Robinson, Foundation Trustee and Scholarship Committee Chair commented, “As our next generation heads off to an exciting future, I am reminded of what a truly amazing Community we live in. Without the support of our local businesses, service organizations and fellow community members we could not offer these amazing young adults this opportunity. Thank you.”

A ceremony honoring sponsors and recipients will be held at Snohomish High School on May 21, 2015, Glacier Peak High School on May 28, 2015 and Aim High School will hold their ceremony on June 4, 2015 at Snohomish High School.

The Snohomish Education Foundation administers scholarships for local businesses, organizations, and families allowing community members to create an ongoing legacy and a brighter future for local students. Scholarships can be established with various criteria including educational and/or community requirements. The Snohomish Education Foundation also offers scholarship endowment opportunities.
