SNOHOMISH GARDEN TOUR

The Snohomish Garden Club will present its 31st Annual Garden Tour on Sunday, July 26, 2015 from noon until 5:00 p.m. The featured urban gardens, many of which have never been open to the public before, will be located in and around historic Snohomish. Besides enjoying an afternoon of pleasant wandering through gardens, tour-goers can count on coming away with lots of good ideas and inspiration for their own gardens.

The ticket price is $12 and advanced tickets, after July 1st, will be available at several Snohomish locations: Annie's on First; Blanc & Rouge; Joyworks; McAuliffe’s Valley Nursery and McDaniel’s Do It Center. Other sites for ticket purchase are: Machias Nursery (Machias); Molbacks Home and Garden (Woodinville) and Sunnyside Nursery (Marysville).

Tickets may also be purchased through the website, www.snohomishgardenclub.com or day of tour tickets will be available at the above commercial outlets as well as at the Snohomish Senior Center, 506 4th Street, starting at 10:30. Children under 13 may take the tour free of charge.

There will also be sales of plants, raffle tickets and the event poster at the Snohomish Senior Center.

Proceeds from the annual Snohomish Garden Club Tour are used to fund community projects including grants, scholarships, fresh produce to local Food Banks from the Veggie Garden, and the hanging flower baskets in downtown Snohomish.
