Marysville Touch-A-Truck

The City of Marysville invites you to experience Touch a Truck. This amazing event puts your kids in the driver’s seat of Marysville’s biggest heavy-duty rigs. Children of all ages will have a hands-on chance to sit in the driver’s seat, honk horns and kick the tires on a variety of big rigs. Vehicles include a dump truck, vactor truck, police vehicles, street sweeper, fire engines, garbage trucks and more. Ride the Marysville Noon Rotary Train and participate in the many activities. Kiwanis will have tasty treats for sale.

Touch a Truck will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, at Asbery Field, 1605 7th St. NE. Admission is Free. Horns and sirens will happen from 10 a.m. to noon.

Participating organizations include: City of Marysville Public Works, Police Department, and Parks and Recreation; Marysville Fire District, Community Transit, 364th Expeditionary Sustainment Command U. S. Army, Washington State Patrol, Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, PUD, Waste Management, Marysville School District, Marysville Noon Rotary, Kiwanis, YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, Camp Fire, Cub Scouts, Snohomish County Early Head Start, Ice Cream Mom and Marysville Community Food Bank.
