Fatal Hit and Run Accident UPDATE

Marysville investigators continue to work on the collision investigation regarding the early morning collision at the on–ramp to Northbound I-5 that occurred at about 4:30 am on July 6th, 2017.

Investigators have learned there are witnesses to the collision that have not yet come forward.

One of these witnesses ran to a nearby Espresso stand, described portions of the collision to the barista, and asked them to call 911. We really want to talk to this witness and learn what he had seen regarding the collision.

We are in need of the public’s help and are encouraging anyone who may have seen any portion of the collision, or the events leading up to or immediately after the collision to please contact the Marysville Police Investigators at 360.363.8350.
